Safeway Pharmacy has always communicated with me concerning my prescriptions. I appreciate that. It is a good Pharmacy.
Rudest pharmacy location I've ever experienced. Had to call around Safeways, trying to find a location that had my medication in stock as my current location is on backorder until November. The person on the phone seemed bothered I called, didn't even ask for my info to look me up in the system, and instead told me to look outside the chain because even if they had some in stock they would not fill my prescription as they "had their own people to take care of".
My husband was prescribed medication from his doctor at 11:30 this morning and told by both the doctor and Safeway pharmacy that his prescription would be available today and that we would be contacted by text as soon as it was ready. After waiting a few hours, we were told by the pharmacy if they could get it ready before their lunch, it would be by 1:30, but if not, they would definitely contact us after 2 and before they close at 5. It's 5:25 and they never got his prescription. This has set his recovery back and our work... read more
I was blindsided by how rude the pharmacist was, absolutely no need for it and very unprofessional.
