Waited in line behind a slow customer for like 10 minutes, then some rude employee came out and told me that they're closed for lunch and I have to come back later. It would have taken 30 seconds for me to pick up my prescription and I was the only other person in line. Would it really have been too much to just say, "The line is closed now, but we'll finish serving the customers who have already been waiting"? As the ratings suggest, the people working at this pharmacy do not care. They are trying their best to avoid work. I asked them to transfer my prescriptions and after 4 days, they did not. So I asked them, they told me I have to provide them with all the information again. Why didn’t they take the information correctly in the first place? Just avoid.

This place is way understaffed and corporate needs to hire more people, especially with Bartells going out of business.
