I came in on Saturday, 12/6, to place a cake order for 12/7 and was told there would be no one available to decorate the cake due to a family emergency. I completely understand emergencies happen, but how is it possible that an entire Safeway bakery has only one cake decorator? I was also told the backup decorator was assigned to another store. I was sent a coupon for a medication that I take, it was from Good RX. The location of the pharmacy was Safeway on Grant Rd and Silverbell. My refill was sent to them as per my medical team's email that I received. I called the pharmacy at Safeway to confirm my refill was in the process of being filled. A staff member said to call back because they were unable to provide me that information. Go out of their way to order meds if they aren’t available there yet because other stores in the area can’t get them for 3 days but they can usually in 1 day
