I was just telling one of the girls how awesome they were the other day until today. I will be filing a formal complaint with the board. New pharmacist is absolutely horrendous. Ive been on the same medication for months and never had an issue until today. She decided she didn't want to fill my script any longer because she doesnt feel like it. I’ve come to this pharmacy for years because of convenience, but this experience showed so much incompetence and a lack of empathy that it is not worth it anymore. I wasn’t able to have access to my medication because they took a prescription paper and did not give it back, I have waited multiple weeks to have access to my medication, due to their error, have heard workers making extremely rude comments about taking antidepressants.
