The staff has became so rude recent years . The guy I talked to today made me felt like it’s illegal to ask any questions. They also made a huge mistake . The drug I was about to pick up was $98 copay. I questioned it but they seem to be confident about the copay . I just ordered online from cvs , it’s $31 . Will not use this pharmacy
Terrible experiences there. They are always understaffed. Finally changed pharmacies and so much happier.
I have never been treated so poorly by a "medical professional" at any pharmacy, ever. Chris, the angry staff member i had the displeasure of dealing with today, was outright shouting at me because he disagreed with me as a provider, suggesting outrageous alternatives to the safe regimen i was prescribing. He was attempting to obstruct proper medical care, and treating the patient (in acute crisis) and myself like trash. Unbelievably poor customer service.
