Very rude employees. Won’t shop at this store again
Recently switched from Walgreens due to a change in my insurance. I have an rx that needs refills requested in person or on the phone. At first there was an issue filling it after my doc sent it over, so a woman had called me to update my info and she was so kind and helpful. When I picked it up, the guy ringing me up was also friendly and I was pleasantly surprised at my experience so far. I urgently needed an inhaler that was called in before they closed. They were incredibly kind and refilled it so I wouldn’t have to go the night without it. I am so incredibly thankful!
Pharmacy seems to be incredibly understaffed. Have had repeated interactions where I haven't been able to receive expected care due to issues on their end. For example, I scheduled a COVID and Flu shot two weeks in advance, only to learn upon arrival on a Saturday that they had run out of Flu shots on Thursday but never notified anyone.
