This pharmacy isn't perfect, but they've always taken good care of me. Been going here for about 8 years now and have tons of prescriptions with them. A recent bright spot was the addition of Lisa, who went out of her way to help me save money on a prescription my insurance doesn't cover - she saved me $1,000 a year, and it was her idea! Over time this pharmacy has been hiring better employees, and the pharmacists who have been around for many years are really good and friendly. Give them a try.
Worst pharmacy experience. Poorly managed and horrible communication both over the phone and in person. Tried in person and over the phone to transfer two prescriptions and this location could not complete. Go to literally any other pharmacy location
They never answer the phone and so slow. They don't respond the fax from another pharmacy.
Horrible just doesn't begin to describe the service, staff, the entire experience. I used to go to Rite Aid near my house and they were fantastic but they closed. I switched to CVS which was much closer to my house than Rite Aid and had horrible experience with their App, so I decided to go to this Safeway which is close to my house as well. It takes them days to fill a prescription unless you call them. I got a text for refill and I replied Yes and went in and ask them about the status and they said it wasn't due for refill... read more
