Free flu shots are not free if your Kaiser, they are $40. Why would you have signs all over saying "free flu shots" if you don't accept most common insurance in the Bay area. False advertising. Piled two kids into the car to come here for nothing.

He had to wait until it opened 3:30pm it was 1:30 pm when did the palace change it not on the receipt or in the store..🤔 he's over 70 years old
After getting my prescription from Safeway for many years, they will not fill it. Sandy, whom I talked to on the phone at pharmacy, wants to send my prescription to my insurance, which will not cover it. It isn't even a problem with the medication, it's just red tape that will delay everything and make everything complicated for no reason whatsoever. Sandy was not compassionate with me.
