My family has already stopped grocery shopping here a while back due to rude staff and now we will be switching pharmacies as well. At this point I am furious! People working up front at the pharmacy registers I swear act and talk like they’re high!!! I’ve been going here for a couple months now picking up usually just one medication. This time I had to pick up two, and specifically mentioned to the pharmacist/tech that this *medication name* has been canceled and my provider specifically said not to take it anymore. The pharmacist read back the medication names to me and read to me the ones I’m SUPPOSED to pick up, unfortunately the WRONG medication was placed in my bag. I just want to pick up my meds but the pharmacist, Andrew gets in twenty minute long conversations about Spain without considering the repercussions it has on other people. Picking up meds shouldn’t take this long. When I called, they put me on hold for another twenty minutes.
Having a neighborhood pharmacy that knows you by name & provides exceptional service is everything. Customer service is so hard to come by these days!
