Not the people but the website. It’s hard to use and often fails with an error message indicating a security issue. It’s nearly impossible to check in with UN/PW and have it work.
The only store where customers are treated as public , not to use restrooms!!
I feel like the staff isn’t the nicest right when you get there they’re like “DOB” no hi how are you? How’s your day going and I wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile here and there or act like you care somewhat been going there for a year now and I’ve never really ran into staff that was friendly except for one pharmacist. I understand they’re busy but the end of the day their job should be people centered.
They've been helpful once we get ahold of them. They've filled all of our prescriptions, but sometimes it takes perseverance and calls back. Unfortunately, lines are long and phone wait times are interminable (20-plus minutes, navigating on hold/cutoff/callback and so on). At one point, our health insurance forced us to choose this pharmacy.
