The pharmacist is extremely patronizing and I didn’t appreciate her insinuating I didn’t know how my insurance plan works. I literally run the insurance program at my company and can confirm the plan hasn’t changed. There was a long line behind me and so I already felt like I couldn’t ask questions and her responses were super dismissive telling me “she’s not the insurance company” and to just call my insurance provider regarding changes in prices. Very efficient and knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Being understaffed by Safeway management is NOT their fault and an industry wide issue.
