This pharmacy is fantastic! Switched from Fred Meyer, some time ago, (they are the worst). I’ve had excellent service every time I’ve come in. They set up my prescription on auto refill and it actually worked. Something that FM never could manage over the 3 years I went there. Nice people here, very efficient. Thank you!
This has become the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. Wait in a long line next to the creamer and eggs just to be asked to move to another line. Don't waste your time doing anything online because they just ask the same questions when you arrive. I was treated terribly when I called and overheard the tech say, "it's the idiot that was just here." He called me "dude" several times and sounded irritated just picking up the phone. There is a female staff member who always seems like she is in a terrible mood. Has terrible customer service and is not friendly at all. I am sure other customers know exactly who I am talking about. I am considering switching pharmacies because of her.
