Ever since Gene left this place has become the most slipshod and unprofessional pharmacy I’ve experienced in my 78 years. You maybe putting your life at risk by using them. On top of that with only one exception intern all the staff could not be any ruder.
If you don’t answer your phone or fill an RX for several days, why are you even operating a pharmacy in a place like Fountain Hills? Worst pharmacy experience to date.
I struggle writing this because I feel like I get very fair pricing from the Safeway pharmacy and I like being able to get groceries with the same stop, but this location is severely understaffed and is always running behind. My doctor called in a prescription 10 days ago and it has been marked “in progress” on the app despite my calling and leaving a voicemail a few days ago.
