I was early and got there before they reopened after lunch and waited 30 minutes before I was helped. They seemed very disorganized and didn’t really seem to know what they were doing or communicate effectively. One of the attendants charged the wrong amount even after I gave her other information and one of the pharmacists kept saying out loud what my prescription was instead of just referencing it as my prescription. There is a reason this pharmacy has such low reviews. They’ve hired bottom of the barrel people to run it and it’s very evident by their lack of professionalism/education. It’s one thing to have incompetent people stocking the shelves but it’s completely different to have them handling prescription medication. This particular location needs an audit, retraining and new hires. Start with a worker named SHIMMY, their behavior is disgusting. Completely unhelpful and essentially useless for someone in that field.
