These people are angels! They work tirelessly to fill my family’s (unfortunately many) prescriptions and they’re always so helpful and go above and beyond. They help customers who are stressed out by sickness or accidents, people being treated unfairly by their Insurance companies, they see it all. They have always been kind and helpful and understanding. They deserve the same grace that they show.
This used to be a great pharmacy but is now terrible. I am in the process of moving all of my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy. The staff are always rotating, but the ones who have been there for a long time are rude and unhelpful too. Be sure to check your prescriptions before you walk away from the counter, because they will give you a partial script without saying a word. They did this on my 9year old son’s medication and i did not know until I got home. Then they said they would not give me the rest at any time... read more
We had two very upsetting experiences with pharmacist "J" at the 3rd Street Safeway Pharmacy in Camas. She made discouraging comments to our kids like “good kids don’t cry,” kept the needle in far too long with visibly shaky hands, and even refused to vaccinate our youngest because he was crying. Both of our kids left traumatized and now fear getting shots. We’ll never return to this location and hope Safeway reviews her training and suitability for working with children.
