I had a terrible experience at Walgreens Murray Scholls where I was waiting 30+ minutes and they unceremoniously (and without any next steps) cancelled my vaccine appointment. I went to this Safeway Pharmacy to get the same vaccine and was treated with respect and kindness (the opposite of the Walgreens experience). I’ve waited over a week for my prescription because first the wrong doctor was contacted for a refill and when that was corrected the wrong prescription was then requested. I’m now out of my prescription and will not have it for two more days. I can understand a mistake but this has happened twice in the past and is very frustrating.To update I still have not received the medication I originally requested on 12/23.
