I have been going to Safeway pharmacy for a couple of years. Inspite of the fact that the wait is between and hour to two hours before picking up my script I went to them because it was closest to home. I do not understand the long wait time because every other busy pharmacy usually gets peopls scripts done in 30-45 min. Well the past 6 months has just flat out frustrated me. I will drop my scripts off after my appt . I usually have them there by 1 pm . They twll me its a 2 hour wait and as annoying as that is here i say ok ... read more
For a second time in a month I have left the store without all of the items I have paid for. Both times it was a woman checker. I was unable to see everything she was doing. Really not happy with having to go back to pick up the missed items. Do to their negligence.
Great store, really clean, friendly checkers and great selection.

This Safeway pharmacy is an awesome pharmacy. let's face it, these days, most pharmacies can fill the basic prescription-if the insurance mess can be sorted out. HOWEVER, this Safeway is one of the best because the staff are FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL and they always put the CUSTOMER FIRST. I've filled several prescriptions here and it has always been a positive experience-with me leaving the store with a smile on my face. A person named Nellie went out of her way to help me with my prescription. Here's the deal: ......Walgreen's talked me into paying $20/yr to join a Club to save $20/mo on a $120 prescription. The last 2 mos I have not been able to fill it because they (and Walmart, Kmart, Riteaid etc.) claim 'supply problems' leading me to believe it was completely unavailable in this area........As a last ditch effort I tried Safeway and not only was it in stock, but Nellie went out of her way to save me $70 without charging me a dime......... read more
Mid Valley Safeway' So much customer service! Like no other Safeway'Left my purse in a small black shopping cart, a customer find it ' Gave it to Mike the cashier . He had checked out my groceries and remembered me.Called I got my purse back.Love the treatment there.Thanks again for honest hard working people.
Lots of stocks and they have a really kind and nice staffs. they got complete products.
