I am a regular at the Safeway Pharmacy on College Avenue in Oakland and have consistently had great experiences there. Jia, one of the staff pharmacists has taken the time to help me search for better prices on multiple occasions. The pharmacy techs manning the front counter are consistently pleasant and helpful, and I feel like I know them. It sounds strange, but I look forward to picking up my prescriptions. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. My favorite pharmacy.
Pharmacist lacked respect and professionalism when asked follow up question regarding medication usage. Pharmacist abruptly turned away without explanation and did not hand-off the quickly accumulating line of customers to other pharmacy staff.
