I have been going here for years now and I must say, a lot has changed since I first started. They will always answer the phone and are super prompt to assist. Judy (Sorry if I am getting the name slightly wrong) and Suzan are such a pleasure to talk to. I have learned that if you are kind to others, others will show that kindness back and it is more apparent here than anywhere else. They make my day whenever I stop by!
Awful on the phone, and even less courteous in person.
I have been calling today since 9am periodically throughout the day to call in a prescription. This pharmacy has been answering, and immediately hanging up, put you on hold without even saying hello and will simply not answer the phone at all. At first I thought they may be busy, but its 3pm now and still doing the same antics. Management needs to look into this asap!
Great customer service quick refills, even though they are understaffed a lot of the time
