Frequently sends my client two bottles of pills after telling her three of her pills were ready, she now has to pay for a second delivery due to their practices. Scammers.
My family and I have been loyal customers at the Safeway Pharmacy on King Road in Milwaukie for years with no past issues. Recently, I was refused service and had my medication withheld without clear explanation. Daniel Buy, pharmacy manager told me that I could not longer have Rx’s filled at “his” store. I think most try and do the best they can. I called a few times a day for 2 days then just went to the store to find no line and two workers I called the pharmacy # while I stood in line alone they ignored the phone and I stood for about 5 minutes before being helped im not sure what happened to customer service. The Safeway pharmacy is starting to feel like the DMV. They know I need them so I can wait .
Long delay in attending and delivering medication. You put people who can't see very well on the computer. And it forms a lot of gila and wait until 15 and 20 minutes.
