One person at this pharmacy ruins your day while everyone else there is nice and helpful. Why she can't get fired is beyond me. It would be nice to know her days off!
While this pharmacy actually tries to keep their appointment times, they have incompetent check in. Of the local Safeway pharmacies, if you must use Safeway, this one is least worst.
Terrible pharmacy employees. They're so annoyed with patients because, they can't staff correctly. We had an urgent prescription sent priority, waited more than four hours and then, I was told they're going to lunch and it will be another 1.5 hours!!!! Find better pharmacy staff!!!!!!
The staff was nice and my order was set up quickly and properly.
