Tried to change my number. They said i need to go to an app. Seriously? You can't do it over the phone?
The pharmacy needs a serious wake up call... They hire one person to check people out and the pharmacists literally stare at the line of 7 or 8 people and act like it's no big deal... Customer service is first.. I have been here many many times the line is now as I speak by the milk which is around 40 feet from the front.... U need to have a meeting with ur pharmacist and get them off the high horse to check people out... This is a team effort to make things go smoothly.... Truly a very negative experience, terrible service by Pamela and overall unfriendly pharmacy.
Worst pharmacy ever! The staff are friendly, but this place is seriously understaffed. There is always a long line with one person helping customers. Several times I've called ahead to make sure my prescriptions are ready, then waited in line for an hour, and then I'm told the prescription isn't ready. Hire more people! I'm switching to another pharmacy. Never again with Safeway.
