I was not given the correct strips for my glucose meter and it was Tereza who helped me rectify the situation. They were such a professional and handle it with great ease. I’m so glad they helped me. They were amazing and can’t say that enough. I understand insurance is very weird and dumb but they were so great at navigating it. Edit. Yes, waits happen pretty much guaranteed, but the service is always top notch.
Its been horrible. my puppy needs her prescription, for two days now. There computers have been down, they don't ever answer there phone, and the mailbox is full!
When Theresa is working I love this pharmacy. Anyone else and it's a borderline antagonistic experience. I wish I had other options, or knew Theresa's schedule 🫠
