Unfortunately chiming in with a bad review. Not directed at the staff. I moved from Utah and had to get my doctor to send my meds out of state which is not their fault. But I’m already in withdrawals for a medication I need to function regardless of withdrawals and I walked to go pick it up (despite being chronically ill and in a lot of pain because I NEED my medication) and was told they don’t have it. 5 stars go to all the staff I've interacted with: Alex, the best pharmacist I've ever had--he's compassionate and asks how things are going, explains new medications clearly, and goes above and beyond if there's a mix-up or delay in getting something filled. The other blonde female pharmacist, who honestly works at such speed I've never caught a nametag but she gets things done. I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy and they were very helpful. The transferring pharmacy had made some errors, but the tech here caught them. I am looking forward to a more competent team here than I experienced at Walgreens in St. Helens. The only opportunity for improvement would be to lessen the long line and/or add a drive through.
Unfortunately this pharmacy actively chooses to ignore phone calls and not accept voicemails. Very poor customer service, slow prescription fill times, long lines. Choose another pharmacy if you're able to.
