I was a longtime customer of Rite Aid Pharmacy. When they closed their doors, everything was transferred to Safeway Pharmacy. I thought I would give it a try. Well, today I am switching all of my prescriptions to CVS. There is one particular Pharmacist who is so rude, it's almost comical. There is always a long wait in line and there’s multiple people behind and no one wants to help.
edit - switched to CureAll pharmacy two blocks up the street and they've been great, highly recommended. This is the slowest and rudest excuse for a pharmacy I've ever been to. Had my prescriptions automatically transferred here when Rite Aid closed, been here twice and each experience was exactly the same: it took forever and the pharmacist was exceptionally rude. Staff is rude and are not good listeners before making comments or remarks. I’ve been with another pharmacy for many years and have not had any issues but just started using this pharmacy the person who answered my call did not give me a chance to fully ask my question before giving me an answer to a question that he did not listen to fully. He was rude, unprofessional and mocking. Unacceptable for someone working in this job.
Pharmacist told me he would put in the request for my prescription to be transferred. Hours later when I called to see if it was ready, I was told they hadn't heard back yet from Walgreens. I followed up with Walgreens who had not received a call or FAX. I don't appreciate being lied to.
