They wouldn’t have a starter pack prescription I needed for 3 days. I told them I would get it elsewhere because it was an emergency and I couldn’t wait. Two weeks later, they notified me that they had filled a prescription for me; no mention of the starter pack dosage, no explanation of why they filled an emergency prescription 2 weeks later. This was the same time my continuation dosage was supposed to be filled. They did not give me the counseling they are required to give for a new prescription, which would have revealed... read more
This is the least efficiently ran pharmacy in north Seattle. Refilling medication takes days. The lines are always huge and move slowly. Be prepared for your "quick pharmacy pick up" to last at least 30-45 minutes. The employees try their best to be nice and are always very apologetic but everything about this pharmacy is slow for no obvious reason.
You can schedule a vaccine appointment here, show up, and they tell you it's out of stock. Okay, but maybe call me at the start of the day instead of waiting for me to get there and wasting the trip. Worse, they're using an AI auto-responder bot that replies to these reviews without even having the courtesy to also include a recipe for potato soup. Would be much better if they did
Bummerrrrr. Waited twice in the same day in a ~40 min line. I’ve never experienced this kind of delay. I used to goto rite aid down the road. The wait was never more than 5 or so minutes. Please get more help. They should have prepared better to absorb the rite aid customers. I’m finding a new pharmacy 🫠
