I called 9 times between 8:15 pm and 8:40 because I need a Rex filled tomorrow. Then I read here that they “never” answer the phone. It would seem that a pharmacy should be adequately staffed so that phone calls can be answered. Calls are always answered by the pharmacies at Costco, Fred Meyer, RiteAid and Walmart. Is Safeway paying its employees so poorly that they cannot provide basic basic phone service in a pharmacy for sick people? They should not have a pharmacy if this is the case.
