They don't pick up the phone or call back, as many others have stated. But hey, you won't wait in line for a half hour like the Safeway Pharmacy on 35th. The staff is professional, I'm sure this is management/ownership's refusal to adequately staff. Support your fellow workers.
I honestly feel pretty bummed about this pharmacy. I’ve used many different Safeway pharmacies over the years and haven’t encountered issues with any of them so was hoping this location would be the same! But I think, truly, they are too understaffed to be able to fulfill even the most basic tenets of the job. I’d really encourage Safeway corporate to consider staffing this location adequately, because it is impacting customers negatively and significantly. I had a negative experience with a pharmacy assistant named Laura. Her tone and manner felt biased and made me uncomfortable. Her behavior also felt disrespectful and discriminatory. I expect respectful, professional service from pharmacy staff; this did not meet that standard.
