These jokers send out an automated text saying that my prescription is ready. I drive to the pharmacy and the staff say it's not ready for pickup and to check back later. I come back 2 days later, they say the same thing. I come back 2 days later and they say it's not ready, and that it may have been put back on the shelf because I took so long to pick it up. I demand it to be filled ASAP, as I'm now out of my prescription, they begrudgingly offer an urgent refill but say it will take 1+ hours. These folk are terrible at cus... read more
Getting refills has become problematic. I called for a refill on Monday. After not hearing back, I showed up on Friday. It’s still not ready. I’m waiting yet again. The staff are kind and helpful. I’m hoping that Safeway will start to adequately staff this pharmacy.
Pharmacist was super helpful and nice, very short wait.
Line is ridiculously long and the staff seem beyond burnt out
Perfect example of why brick and mortar stores are dying. Showed up 4 minutes before their 1:30 lunch time. Only other person there was being checked out. She was a senior and took 3 minutes to use the credit card reader. Just had to grab an already prepared prescription. The lady just closed the screen door in my face and gave me a dirty look as she refused to serve me. That was at exactly 1:30 based on the clock next to her. Nobody behind me in line… Amazon pharmacy it is, from now on.
