Outstanding staff, service and honest sales personnel.
Just purchased a car from Safeway Motors 10 days ago. When I got ready to drive it off the lot to go to work, the engine light came on & the salesman assured me it would go off once i drove it a little more… well it didn’t. Tried to return it the next day but i was told the boss man wasn't around. So i had to call their financing company and have them drop out of the contract(making the overall contract null and void) but safeway motors refused to give me my deposit back. These are real down to earth people. They try to make sure you are happy with your purchase and bend over backwards to provide good customer service. Mr Charles is kind and honest with you..an honorable man. Mr. Aubrey is an expert in his profession and a veteran to the car sales business. He was honest and fair in my dealings with him too. Hard to find these qualities in today’s car buying market so thank you gentlemen!!
