This company is truly awful. I've been trying to reach them for a month. I can't get through on the phone. No one is helping.
I wish I could give this insurance zero stars. Anyone claiming to have had a five-star experience is not being honest. I've had this insurance policy for over two years, and after being involved in an accident last October, things have gone downhill. Multiple mechanics informed me that the accident had caused our power steering to fail, alongside other front-end damage. Initially, the insurance company only requested photos of the damage. Customer Service from Mike was beyond exceptional!!! He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and even went the extra mile to be sure all of my questions and worries were addressed. Truly the best customer service experiences I've had across the board. He, as well as my adjuster Africa, are a great asset to the company. And Safeway is the other driver's insurance.
This entire insurance company needs to be OFF TGE MARKET ‼️‼️ and the adjuster is even worse “Tracy” is the most horrible adjuster I’ve ever came across, over the phone contact is not a good idea I’ll have to go down just to even talk to somebody
If you are in an accident with someone who has this insurance CALL THE POLICE. This is the worst to have. If you don't call the poloce and their client doesn't answer the phone or respond to this companies agents they will deny your claim although you provided all the information including pictures of the person providing their information and left to figure things out on your own.
