Customer Service from Mike was beyond exceptional!!! He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and even went the extra mile to be sure all of my questions and worries were addressed. Truly the best customer service experiences I've had across the board. He, as well as my adjuster Africa, are a great asset to the company. And Safeway is the other driver's insurance.

If you are in an accident with someone who has this insurance CALL THE POLICE. This is the worst to have. If you don't call the poloce and their client doesn't answer the phone or respond to this companies agents they will deny your claim although you provided all the information including pictures of the person providing their information and left to figure things out on your own. This insurance is trash,I was picking up a relative at their house and someone side swiped my car they are going to cancel the policy and they don't want to cover nothing I even have the police report stating it was clearly the other person's fault the adjuster made a false statement said I was using my car for business BS I am going to start looking for another insurance immediately these people are nothing but pure garbage
