Worse communication ever.
If I could rate a zero I would! I was hit by someone insured with Safeway and it has been a horrible experience! So unprofessional, lack of empathy, procedure, direction you name it they were horrible! Ended up having to file against my own insurance and let them fight it out on backend! Several Collision companies wouldn’t even accept my claim as they won’t accept business from Safeway! Stay far away!!!!!
This is the worst insurance ever trust me they messed me over so bad I’m currently talking to a lawyer. Please find another insurance company to go to.
