Horrible Horrible Experience!!! Someone ran into our parked car and the insurance claim was with Safeway insurance. We dealt with Lowell there and he was horrible to work with, the entire company has been very unhelpful from the beginning, then they never allowed us to get an estimate for repairs, then just mailed us a check without any notice, showed up one day, barely enough to cover the repairs.
