I have never had experience with a golf cart, but recently purchased a used Columbia cart from a 3rd party. I had questions regarding parts and maintenance. I have never met Steve in person, but have called him several times about different issues, and he has always responded, both in a timely and thorough way. Steve was easy to talk to very knowledgeable, very efficient. Had my golf cart picked up, repaired and delivered the same day.
Steve is a rip off. Do not do business with this scammer!!!!!
