This was a great service. I mean - friendly, communicative and explained Everything he was about to do and did with the chimney. On top of that - Tyler gave me some pointers on my gas lit fire burning fireplace that I didn't know. Excellent. excellent service.

The pros were very nice, worked clean and we done quickly. My biggest issue is I am still waiting on a estimate for work they suggested to have completed.

Made an appointment and they showed up exactly on time. They put a rain cap over my furnace/hot water exhaust vent (on top of chimney). Completed job in less than an hour, very friendly and knowledgeable. Charged me exactly what they had quoted. I had to pinch myself. Best service I have had from any kind of home repair company.
Kyle arrived on time, he was mindful of ensuring to prep the space to ensure it was just as clean as when he arrived. He walked me though everything he was doing and even took the time to show me how to operate my fireplace since it was the first time I have ever had one. I will certainly be utilizing Safeway and recommending to friends. Thank you
