I have the same issue they charge me $1100 extra with out my authorization. Fake and worst company I have ever seen.
Please stay away from this company!! When you read the terms that you have to sign, weight limit for 20YRD container mix demo materials is 4000 lb which is basically half empty. Anything over 4000lb you will be charged extra 07.5c so if you put 1000lb additional weight you will pay $750 more. Extremely RUDE just asking him basic questions!! I used citywide for flat rate without any problem what so ever!!
