Pre made goods are delicious, however when I needed a birthday cake their customer service left a lot to be desired. Called ahead to see what I needed to do to make sure I had the cake I wanted and was told that “they always” have those in the case I didn’t need to order to just come on by. I did and low and behold they had none of the cakes I asked about. I was told there I should’ve ordered one. Which makes sense and I would have if the lady on the phone has asked me for my order.
