The employees here are none like you'd find at any other safeway! All so friendly and polite, and really seem to like their job! What a great experience! I'd drive outta my way to shop here anytime!
I woukd like to give a shout of praise to their deli workers, especially Lois who works every shift given and covers for every one of her crew. She is always friendly and attentive. If you go into the deli ask for Lois and you'll get a smile and friendly banter as she helps you.
Love working with the great people I get to spend my time with!
This Cottage Grove Safeway is one of the finest stores in the area. The employees are the best. Not just a couple, but everyone we've come in contact with. The big problem, you can not email them. There is no way that I could find. That is SO wrong when you can't ask a simple question. I guess they don't really care. I will only shop there when I have to. SO sad.
Roger and his team are always great! This store gives the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Safeway.
Have to thank the Safeway employees, and customer's, on Tuesday evening about 8:00 pm I went to store to get the kitty's some food. As I was walking up to the door I tripped over an old pipe sticking up out of cement and went airborne, fell on my right hip & arm. A very nice looking young man picked me up and another young man brought me a disability cart & they just disappeared.
