If I could give the pharmacy a NEGATIVE number I would!!!! EVERY time I've used them they've either not the the had the prescription or it's taken them a entire day to fill it... sometimes it's been BOTH! This definitely the LAST time I will use them! Currwbtly on hold for 20 min to see if prescriptions that weren't ready and or available yesterday are ready today.... #CVS you can thank them for your new customer!
3 lanes open for checkout. � This is the most poorly run grocery store I have ever seen. I waited over half an hour! Then, I had to wait 15 minutes to get a rain check for something on sale... Because guess what??? They don't have it... as usual. � I can't wait for Harris Teeter to open.
Just so everyone knows, I missed the memo ,"around this time (5pm) there's only 1 person in the meat department"! Also "around this time", there must only be 2 cashiers, no food , and rude people! Thanks for always letting me down Safeway !
I have shopped here for years. On Friday afternoonI was I saw several elderly shoppers who needed assistance. I asked why they no longer offer assistance and was told it was because they were short staffed. When did this policy change? At least help folks put their bags in the carts. This is a shame.
Once again I made the mistake of using this pharmacy and once again find myself standing here waiting for medicine for a sick child when it was sent electronically 2 hours ago by the doctor. The staff, from the pharmacist to the woman who yells at you when you check out are the 2 most unpleasant people to deal with. Sorry to bother you pharmacy staff, maybe you should consider getting jobs where you don't have to deal with people. I will never switch again-Giant I pledge my loyalty to you!
OMG the worst store! Poor management is all I can say.
My husband just went there to the deli department to place a order for a Thanksgiving dinner and the person behind the counter was very rude to him when she told him that they were out of them and he could not place an order. When I went on the website to get the order form it didn't staye anywhere that there was a cut off time to place an order other than allowing 2 hours to cook the food. I understand if they can't do it but I don't understand the rudeness.
