Sick pharmacy tech without a mask coughing all over everything and touching the pills she counted out with her fingers! The pharmacist did nothing and said she’s not coughing consistently! The store manager addressed it and they still didn’t have her wear a mask. I will not be going back to that pharmacy.
Checker Kimberly W. is incredibly slow especially during peak hours around 5 pm. Two people in front of me with minimal items and I stood in line at least 5 minutes before she helped me and she was still slow. She should really be moved to an earlier shift when it isn't so busy. This isn't the first time it has happened, didn't realize who's line I was in until it was too late!
I ordered a custom cake for my baby shower and even left a picture there for them to have as a reference the cake was horrible I picked it up got to only peek at it. They didn't have chocolate like I ordered and it was a custard filling and not Bavarian cream like I had ordered the cake was already cracked and falling apart in an air conditioned place. The pharmacy is the worst! They never have the prescriptions I need available. I keep getting told they will be in tomorrow. I get a call telling me it is ready and when I go in they are still waiting for it to arrive. I switched to a new pharmacy today.
Looking for organic non gmo and healthy clean food is sometimes like searching for a needle in the hay stack as we travel but Safeways are coming around. They are even getting organic vegies and fruit!! Yay!! Being an organic vegetarian has been a challenge at times but our country needs to come around soon and realise slaughtering is not a healthy way of eating. Being smart and eating HEALTHY MAKES FOR A HAPPY SPIRIT!!! We would go 5 plus if you did completely non gmo vegetarian LOL!!
Corporate management is not supporting the recycling machines at this story and it's causing a great deal of ongoing inconvenience for loyal customers. The store employees are wonderful but they are being put in an uncomfortable position of covering for district management's incompetence and neglect. Corporate's goal seems to be getting rid of recycling machines and forcing users to travel across town. An end run of the state mandate using passive aggressive tactics?
Just had the most AMAZING customer service at the coburg road Safeway store! We're really busy at work and only able to take 30 minute lunches. As I got on lunch I called them asking if the have the bowl to strawberries available(or else I'd drive further to Albertsons). They weren't sure but said they'd make me one. I got there to find there was two packaged last week. Well I went to tell the produce guy thank you and he said that one wasn't for me. They actually went and got me a fresh bowl of strawberries!
