Late night shopping last night was a little difficult due to the staff loading the aisles but what was most disappointing was the gentleman who checked us out. He was very frustrated, short tempered and complaining how he hasn’t slept and is overworked. Due to that, his customer service was very poor. Facebook keeps asking me to review this, because I happened to be here yesterday. I got gas at their gas station. I guess it was a normal gas-buying experience. Is there anything else you’d like to know?

There's a whole Rant on another page with many people complaining about how poor the service at this store is. When are you going to do something about it? You are losing customers daily.

I shopped the whole store and then stood in line for longer than I was in the store... sometimes the lines are hit or miss... and then it makes me upset when they open 1 new lane and don't take the person that's been waiting the longest... people rush over to it and I have to stay where I am... also, products are "out" a lot and a lot of things are out that have expired. When the lines are long enough to block the front portion of the store (and it happens on a regular basis) you have a problem. It's especially funny when you have signs hanging saying if there are more than 3 people in line you will call a checker. The fact that non of the checkers called for back up until they were asked was pretty sad. It's a frequent topic on many Livermore pages about the customer service issues with this store. In the store today, no baggers, my husband did the bagging and the checker didn't even thank him. Ugh. Aisles are so crowded with all those displays taking up space where the shoppers should be! Ugh. I really don't know why I keep going there. Ugh. Gonna have to make a change!

I'm just wondering why you have a no loitering sign out front and yet EVERYTIME I go to the store there are homeless people occupying all the chairs and tables out front. Who does the sign pertain to? It's really irritating and the store is dirty.

This store is the worst when it comes to keeping expired dairy and moldy produce out for consumers to buy. Not sure if the staff doesn't care or what's going on

At this Safeway I end up getting 50% off every time a card discount comes up, even a completely free bottle of pasta sauce, so I end up saving at least $20 each time I shop here, it makes a big difference to what I can get! It never seems busy unlike other Safeways I visited. All the trolleys are clean and I never came across a broken one. There is a lot of choice for ice cream, fruit and so many different kinds of bread, plus hundreds of cheeses that I don't buy but it seems fancy.
