Boy, I'm sorry to say Dixon Safeway has really gone downhill the last year or so. Regularly long lines, dirty facility, etc. Today they refused to exchange beer that had gone bad. Said "it had been opened, and one was missing." How was I to know it would be spoiled? Just another example of how the store is not cutting it anymore. Too bad.
