Los Altos store 2814 totally incompetent. Self-serve check-out aisle eqpmt never recognizes personal shopping bags & they need a full-time person stationed there to reset every customer's transaction. Today I waited 20 min for help, requested email of general mgr to complain & was denied by a lower level employee who made no other effort to resolve the problem. They don't understand customer satisfaction. Spend your money elsewhere. No more from me!

Omg! I really like this store until I go to check out..you have 9 lines and only 2 that are open. I always just leave my stuff and walk out because who has the time to wait on line...not to mention there is never anyone to help bag which holds up the line even more. You spent so much money revamping the store,please hire more employees !!! The store desperately needs them!!!
9+ registers and always find myself in a big line with 1 of 2 registers open. Either open more registers or let me self check out with wine. This is not the first time I've written this
No salt and vinegar chips. What is wrong with these people?
