Vaquez the manager of this place is disgusting, rude and insensitive. He needs to be fired immediately. My gramdfather went missing and I posted a flyer on the door he immediately took the flyer off the door as soon as I walked away... I have been a Safeway shopper for over 30 years but unless the employees that have been hired since the Albertsons purchase get a crash course on customer service I will no longer be shopping there. Well an interesting Fathers Day. Went to Safeway with wife for groceries and the gestapo police was in force for masks. She, the assistant manager, was kicking out people who had medical conditions and could not wear a mask. Wear a mask or get out was the assistant managers cry. Price gouging! They charged me almost $14’for a 6 pack of toilet paper. Other stores are charging $10 for same exact toilet paper. Talk about taking advantage of the consumer! Ridiculous! Not to mention they do not keep the social distancing in the store that’s required.

Surprisingly there was a bagger at our check out. I resisted in bagging our groceries this time. There has been neglect in our past visits to have baggers. Hooray for this time. 👍🏻
I had an online delivery scheduled for Thursday night and it never showed. after 45 minutes on the phone I finally spoke to someone and had it rescheduled for today. guess what? no delivery. Customer service is severely lacking.
