I don't like to post bad reviews but i didn't have a great experience unfortunately. My home inspection was not thorough. In my basement there are a lot of asbestos strips that were not brought to my attention. Basement closet is the worst. Some are hanging while others are in tact. I feel like the seller called the shots and basically told the inspector to stop inspecting and he listened. Only thing that was done was a hand rail put in.
