Efficiency and good prices... 4 stars ... Due to One Big Hickup... Spare Went MIA 🚗 🚘 🚗 🚘 The installer Forgot to put my spare tire back into its original place in case I have a flat.. 🙏 .. Now they are looking for one to replacement... ??? This did go unnoticed until after the installation of four new tires ... It was odd that another mechanic noticed -it was missing... Safety tire always helps and takes care of our tire issues - they are reasonably priced and more than fair with their labor costs!
Had a flat driving south on i5, this place was the closest just 10 miles away. Limped in on the spare and drove off with a fixed winter tire in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service, friendly staff with lots of patience making a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
I have popped into this place twice. Once just to inflate my tires another time to get a patch. They were quick and friendly. When the technician saw I was interested in how the patch was done (I am a curious sort) he took the time to explain the process to me. I usually go to bigger name tire places, but the wait is horrendous, and the service is inconsistant at best. This is going to be my new tire place! Thank you, Safety Tire in Willows!
