A word to the wise - if you have any problems with an order, expect no customer service help. Make sure to do ALL of your homework ahead of time to verify the repair service is exactly what you need. In my case, I sent in a belt for a retractor repair and received it back working just as poorly as before. Customer service is terrible!!! They commit to a 24hr turn around, which is a complete lie. They have had my repair since 8/11/2020 (now it is 8/19) and every time I call no one can tell me what the status is, if it has been shipped, or even if the repair has been done. All I can get out of anyone there is than that they have my seatbelt. I have received no communication from this company other than to confirm they received my repair.
