I got scanned by the guy in this photo and called to submit a complaint and this really nice person, Diego, answered the phone and apologized for the situation and offered solutions! Turned a negative to a positive and found out this employee is already facing repercussions for his scamming actions! Always double check prices especially when paying in cash!

This is not safe parking. You actually can not park here unless they are open. Then you get 30 minutes above ground and only 3hrs below. It is customer parking only.
My daughter parked at their lot @ 601 Ocean Drive. No posted rates (you need to scan a QR code to get them) and the words “Pay in Advance” in very small letters on only two of the 10 signs. Came back to a boot on her car. Sign posted said $50 service fee to remove but they charged $80. They don’t have a lot attendant present to direct and advise, but as soon as you pay the fee a guy on a bike shows up in leas than 5 mins to remove the boot. Total SCAM!! SCAMMERS. absolutely do not park anywhere that says the lot is run by SafetyPark and do not hire them for your event. they are thieves running a scam operation. i parked my car for 45 minutes and paid for 1 hour parking - came back and my car was booted. they refused to remove the boot from my car unless we paid them $70 IN CASH, meanwhile the sign says it's a $50 fine to remove a boot. i was so upset and told the attendant that he was literally stealing from me, and he did not argue. he just said "it's not my company, i'm j... read more
