Called to setup new service and it was very difficult to understand him. Sounded like he was using a speaker phone in the middle of a crowded office. Then he hung up on me. Twice.
I have been having billing issues almost 2 years. Customer service has moved over sees. When someone reaches out to me for a sales or accounting issue. I send my issues then the company ignores me. Now they showed up and cleaned the parts washer without approval and authorization and again I cannot talk to any one???
