I gotta say when someone takes almost 7 months to dispose of critical ink, gives us a quote that's almost $100 less than an invoice, sends a collections agency to contact us, and then doesn't answer when we return the call that is absolutely unacceptable. We are paying for a 77$ 5 gallon metal bucket, you would think the customer service would be a bit more appealing.
