Been coming here for my bike for a while and they never fail to impress. This most recent visit was to buy a new bike and they were as helpful as ever, allowing me to test them out, giving me lots of recommendations for my needs and even offering to help adjust them. Prices are good, everyone there is always very friendly and kind, you won't feel out of place and you feel truely valued. If you have any needs for your bike, I could not recommend them more, Safety Cycle is really brilliant.
These guys are amazing! My husband bought the wrong thing, we had to bring in the bike and they spent all kinds of time putting it together on my bike. They really took care of me.
Needed to replace my Brake Calipers and it was time for a full tuneup. The team at Safety Cycle did a great job, got it back to me on time and at the price they quoted. The bile runs like new again and it's a joy to ride. I will continue to work with the team at Safety Cycle for all my biking needs going forward
Took my new bike to Safety Cycle for a tune-up. I was having a few issues since this is my first bike. the brakes weren’t calibrated correctly, I couldn’t shift into the highest cog, and the manufacturer had done a poor job routing the drop bar cabling. Safety Cycle diagnosed and fixed everything with care and precision. The bike now rides perfectly! Super professional, knowledgeable staff who clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommended to anyone needing expert bike service!!!
