Kyle was super helpful in helping my husband and I pick out new E-bikes. He spent a lot of time with us and made sure we understood how to use all the parts. He didn’t try to upsell the more expensive models and was super honest about the pros/cons of the bikes. The store had a good amount in stock and a nice area to try the bikes out outside. Thank you! I took my bike in on Saturday afternoon. I removed my cassette to replace a broken spoke but could not get the gears to shift properly. Caesar was able to fix my spacer error and straighten my bent derailleur hanger and have the bike back to me that same day to save my Sunday ride. I was very thankful. Great and friendly staff.
Been coming here for my bike for a while and they never fail to impress. This most recent visit was to buy a new bike and they were as helpful as ever, allowing me to test them out, giving me lots of recommendations for my needs and even offering to help adjust them. Prices are good, everyone there is always very friendly and kind, you won't feel out of place and you feel truely valued. If you have any needs for your bike, I could not recommend them more, Safety Cycle is really brilliant.
These guys are amazing! My husband bought the wrong thing, we had to bring in the bike and they spent all kinds of time putting it together on my bike. They really took care of me.
Needed to replace my Brake Calipers and it was time for a full tuneup. The team at Safety Cycle did a great job, got it back to me on time and at the price they quoted. The bile runs like new again and it's a joy to ride. I will continue to work with the team at Safety Cycle for all my biking needs going forward
