AMAZING experience. I brought in an older generation partially electric bike that I found in my dads garage and thought it might not be salvageable. They saved it with a few minor tune ups, super fast service and very friendly and reasonably priced

They're useful in a pinch for the basic stuff. But it's painfully obvious that this owner is not a cyclist at heart. I went there to get the steerer tube cut from my new frame. If you know anything about carbon, you have to cut it all the way through. Nope. The owner did the cut himself and left about 1 mm uncut. Then he snaps it off to finish the job. Luckily, there was no de-lamination with that amateur move. I guess they're only familiar with cheap stuff.

I purchased an E bike from Safety Cycle. The service was top-notch, they are able to accommodate me on extremely short notice. Their prices are seriously the best, I was recommended by friends because three of them have purchased from SC because it’s hard to beat their deals and their service. The best.

I am a big fan of Trek bike but Brian offered me a great deal on a 2025 Specialized MTB I could not possibly resist. And Ming did a great job building my first MTB! Friendly & knowledgeable owner and technicians! Great price & services! I feel very lucky to have great neighborhood bike shops in my hometown.
