The only thing SafeTouch is good at is billing the monthly fee. Been waiting for someone to respond to multiple support requests for a year now, no response from unit, email, call (left several messages). Now can’t even cancel cause no one answers the phone, ever!!!. Approaching 5 year mark. This is complete breach of contract at this point. Buyer Beware!!!!
The absolute worst customer service and a smoke alarm that continues to go off every time you try to cook anything. Pleaded for help with zero response or follow up. Do not let them in your home or property! Awful.
I rent a house that has this equipment installed and the equipment is a fire hazard the main power plug for the system popped and burnt up the plug & the wall leaving a charred mess this was 2 weeks ago and still no tech has came out & they didn’t realize our system was off line for 3 days calling asking about a power outage!!! I don’t recommend this company. They are they are horrible. My cameras have been down for 3 months and I have scheduled 4 different appointments which the first 3 the tech either didn’t show up during the scheduled time or they canceled without notification due to the tech calling out. Finally the fourth appointment the tech showed up and didn’t do everything he was there for, leaving one of my cameras still down and not connected along with other things I asked to do.
