The account with their DVR camera system has now failed me twice when I actually needed it. Last week, tools and equipment were stolen from one of my work trucks. When I attempted to review the footage, I discovered the DVR had somehow reset its date and time back to 2004, causing the recording for the incident to be unavailable.
