I rent a house that has this equipment installed and the equipment is a fire hazard the main power plug for the system popped and burnt up the plug & the wall leaving a charred mess this was 2 weeks ago and still no tech has came out & they didn’t realize our system was off line for 3 days calling asking about a power outage!!! I don’t recommend this company. They are they are horrible. My cameras have been down for 3 months and I have scheduled 4 different appointments which the first 3 the tech either didn’t show up during the scheduled time or they canceled without notification due to the tech calling out. Finally the fourth appointment the tech showed up and didn’t do everything he was there for, leaving one of my cameras still down and not connected along with other things I asked to do. My technician was fantastic and helped with a great work around with the new windows I have installed. Great all around experience.
This place is a total SCAM! I rented a place for a year and signed up for their service. I tried to cancel when we moved out and they said I had a 2 year contract. Now the 2 years is up and they are saying I actually have a 3 year contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!
