As customers since 2019, we have been extremely pleased with the response time and service SafeTouch has provided. We feel secure in our home and we also feel like the house is very secure when we leave it. Today we needed a new sensor installed and they sent out technician Whitney, who was absolutely wonderful. He was quick, thorough and did a great job in addition to being friendly. I highly recommend this company if you would like to secure your home and receive friendly, professional service.
It's the worst surveillance camera company and on top of that they charge you $79 a month!!! The cameras don't work, you don't receive real-time notifications and the whole system is slow and they make you sign a contract without even knowing it.

This is the most unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy security company in the market. After they got me into a long contract, sold me an expensive equipment, that now they are not taking back, they provided terrible security monitoring and would not come to repair the issues with the equipment. We will go months with the house half secured. And then when I tried to close the account, they made it the most difficult and expensive process. They shouldn't be allowed to be in the market. Do not trust them!
We have had Safe Touch Security for over ten years and are extremely pleased with their service. They have rapid response via our home monitor when our alarm is activated. Highly recommend this company.
