This place is a total SCAM! I rented a place for a year and signed up for their service. I tried to cancel when we moved out and they said I had a 2 year contract. Now the 2 years is up and they are saying I actually have a 3 year contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!
Bought a house that had the equipment called for activation they make me sign a contract for 3 years even so I want it just monthly service, it hasn’t been a month yet and I have to call for service 3 time as already one they sent even show up,most of it cause a cheap tape they use for sensor,had to bypass sliding door for over a week waiting for them to come and 1 of my autistic son went out without the alarm signal and we got a lake in back so imagine.Thank God a neighbor not iced.Icalled to cancel the service and they don... read more
As customers since 2019, we have been extremely pleased with the response time and service SafeTouch has provided. We feel secure in our home and we also feel like the house is very secure when we leave it. Today we needed a new sensor installed and they sent out technician Whitney, who was absolutely wonderful. He was quick, thorough and did a great job in addition to being friendly. I highly recommend this company if you would like to secure your home and receive friendly, professional service.
It's the worst surveillance camera company and on top of that they charge you $79 a month!!! The cameras don't work, you don't receive real-time notifications and the whole system is slow and they make you sign a contract without even knowing it.
