Horrible experience since day 1. Should’ve know I was dealing with SCAMMERS. I don’t think I’ve ever done a review before, so this tells you a lot about how shady this company is. They lucked out that I started renting at a property where Safetouch was installed. I had the system there, so I thought why not activate it. Good luck canceling service with safe touch. I was moving and planned on getting there service in my new house and I’m so glad I didn’t. Customer service is awful. I called 5 times to setup new service in my new house and nobody ever answered. Turns out I’m glad they didn’t answer. Cancelling service in my last house has been a nightmare and they are extremely rude.
The only thing SafeTouch is good at is billing the monthly fee. Been waiting for someone to respond to multiple support requests for a year now, no response from unit, email, call (left several messages). Now can’t even cancel cause no one answers the phone, ever!!!. Approaching 5 year mark. This is complete breach of contract at this point. Buyer Beware!!!!
The absolute worst customer service and a smoke alarm that continues to go off every time you try to cook anything. Pleaded for help with zero response or follow up. Do not let them in your home or property! Awful.
