AFTER 18 YEARS AS A CUSTOMER. WE ARE SELLING OUR HOME AND SAFE TOUCH DEMANDS WE PAY 6 MONTHS OF SERVICE FOR NOTHING BECAUSE WE HAVE A 5 YEAR CONTACT, 6 MONTHS OF ROBBING US AFTER 18 YEARS OF SERVICE, ASKED FOR CORPORATE EMAIL AFTER BEING TOLD THIS BS AND WAS TOLD OH WE ARE CORPORATE SO NO NEED TO CONTACT ANYONE!! Follow up safetouch did reach out to me and made it right...so happy with the end results. Should have been handled up front but as long as it ended up correct no complaints.
I would love to have Safe Touch back. But the mess of wires laying all out in the open in my granddaughters room that yall did last time. Tells me go somewhere else unfortunately. Now its going to cost more money to get electrician to fix that crap 💩
Utilized Safetouch for a home we recently sold. We only had the service for about a year, outside of the video doorbell not being great quality (whenever we had a visitor it would take forever to load the video, often times not being able to connect, kind of defeating the purpose), the rest seemed to function fine. The main issue is we recently sold our home, when I called to cancel the service, they told me we had to pay for our service through 2030 "per the contract". Jetzel was awesome. He worked on my 2way communicator and replaced 2parts on my older unit and now it works better than new. Very knowledgeable persistent and pleasant. Give this man a BIG raise.
