They’re an okay company until you need to cancel your account. My business closed and I assumed they would cancel auto payments after my contract ended in October of 2025 but they continued to charge me until March of 2026 and only contacted me when my card information had changed. They require you to send them a formal cancellation letter to cancel service that should actually just be canceled when the contract expires and it’s wild that they continue to charge hard working folks after the expiration of the contract.
