Austin the technician was professional, courteous and knew exactly what to do to fix the issue.
Austin was fantastic
I called to cancel my monthly monitoring and after three calls and a week passed, I was able to make contact with someone in the business office. They then informed me that we could not cancel over the phone. We had to send a letter through the mail or an email. It should not be this difficult too stop a service that is on a month-to-month agreement. We’re moving but at the next house, I’m certainly going to look into a different monitoring service. Very disappointing.
