I've been very happy with my service
My technician this morning was exceptional. I believe his name was Dex. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to answer my many questions and helped to educate me while he was working. TOP NOTCH experience all the way around.
SafeSpray is wonderful to work with! They keep their appointments and arrive exactly on time. They Give me reminders the day before, and if it turns out that there’s an issue because there is a renter in one of my properties they will reschedule. We’ve had no insect problems since they started working on my properties!
I rarely write a review unless there are exceptional reasons. Austin is the service tech for Safespray in our area. This is one outstanding guy. He is ALWAYS professional, pleasant, competent, thorough , and I could go on. I have owned my manufacturing company for 45 years, employ over 100 people. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat except he is good at what he’s doing now. I hope his employer knows this. You would have to hire 500 others to maybe find someone like Austin.
